4 Guiding principles that shape our path& the way we work

1. We take the whole system into account
we advocate a holistic, integrated view of human systems.

2. We simplify the inherent complexity
we acknowledge the systemic complexity and focus on reducing it to simpler terms and actionable approaches.

3. We put humanism to action
we take a humanistic view and use it as fundament for concrete, pragmatic action.

4. We turn vision into reality
we dare dream of healthier organizations in a better world and focus on principled pragmatism to bring our dream closer to reality.

3 values guide our behavior& the decisions we make

1. Consciousness
we nurture consciousness and higher awareness as a natural way to shift behavior and practices.

2. Love
we care, and we actively seek growth and empowerment in ourselves and others, with respect and confidence.

3. Courage
we dare challenge the status quo and develop from within, and lead others to do along the same path of courage.
